Start centralizing your workflows by surveying your existing tools and importing data in Notion.

  • The first step to building a connected workspace is surveying your team's tool stack and categorizing tools into two categories:

    • Replace: Docs and wiki tools, project management tools, AI writers

    • Integrate: Specialized tools, like Figma, Slack, and GitHub

  • For tools in the “replace” category, start by importing content

    • Start an import in Notion through the "import" button on the bottom left of your sidebar.

    • Use AI to query your workspace and quickly get answers to your questions after importing content.
